Retrograde Mercury returns to Capricorn...

today at 4.36pm... suggesting that we all need to return to a previous issue we thought we had sorted out a few weeks ago when Mercury was last in Capricorn (it left that sign on January 2).

This is our chance to sort the situation out properly or to understand it more fully.
